The event will also showcase some of Trinity’s own talent with two Trinity student acts, Water in the Pool and DJ Dizzie, both of which are set to open for the later performances.

Waka Flocka, a renowned American rapper, will be headlining the event, bringing his unique style and infectious energy to Trinity College’s campus. Known for his Southern hip-hop and trap music, Waka Flocka has gained a massive following across the globe with hits like “No Hands” and “Hard In Da Paint.” His dynamic stage presence and exciting performances have made him one of the most sought-after performers in the music industry.

Adams has been making waves in the music industry since his viral hit “I Hate College,” which garnered him a recording contract with RCA Records. Since then, he has released several successful albums and singles, earning critical acclaim and a loyal fan base.

The inclusion of Trinity’s own talent is noteworthy. Water in the Pool, a Trinity student band, will be opening for Waka Flocka and Sammy Adams. Made up of current Trinity students, the band has been steadily gaining popularity in the local music scene with their blend of alternative and indie rock. DJ Dizzie, another Trinity student act, will also be performing, bringing his unique sound and style to the stage.

The inclusion of Water in the Pool and DJ Dizzie in the lineup highlights EAC Barnyard’s commitment to showcasing and supporting the talents of its own students. The College has a thriving arts community, and events like Spring Weekend provide a platform for students to showcase their skills and creativity.

In addition to the musical performances, the spring weekend event will feature a range of other activities and attractions. Attendees can participate in a variety of outdoor games and activities, including Frisbee, volleyball, and other sports. There will also be carnival rides and games, providing a fun and festive atmosphere for students to enjoy with their friends. Food and beverage vendors will be on hand to keep attendees fueled throughout the weekend, offering a variety of culinary delights, from classic fair food to ethnic cuisine. Beverages will also be available, with options ranging from beer and wine to non-alcoholic drinks.

As always, it is important to remember the importance of responsible behavior during the Spring Weekend festivities. Trinity College has put measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, including increased security and strict enforcement of College policies regarding alcohol and drug use.
