Experimental Design of 68 (MATH 68)
Need to fill your Numerical Reasoning requirement? Experimental Design of 68 could be just the thing. We all know 67 and are all intimately familiar with 69, but what of the humble 68? This seminar will focus on finding a use for the number 68; with a community-engaged capstone project collecting data on local middle schooler’s humor. Taught in collaboration by three seventh grade boys from HMTCA.
Jerk Shrimp Linguinology (JERK 205)
By the end of this course, you will no longer just dabble in cooking. Students will learn not only the method and skills essential to preparing jerk shrimp linguine, but will also situate this dish in the broader framework of jerk-related dishes served across Connecticut and the country. The final project will examine the cultural relevance of jerk shrimp pasta in every facet of our society.
